    1960's home, garage space renovated into third bedroom. There is still garage space, it is large enough to use for storage of boxes, furniture, or lawn care tools. Two of the bedrooms are large sized with a smaller third bedroom. All appliances work with working and newly replaced laundry hookups. There is a very large backyard space with an alleyway behind it that is also used by many of the homeowners as another place for storing outside items. Renter will pay their own utilities, this includes electric, gas, internet, water, and trash services. Utilities are very cost effective depending on who you go through, trash services are not completely necessary if you can dispose of trash at a different location. Pets are allowed but charges will be made for any damages caused by them. Vaping inside the home is allowed, cigarettes are not allowed in home. There is a long driveway that can fit two vehicles and then on street parking available as well.
