To the owners, what are your favorite features of your home/neighborhood?--the privacy: this includes the wooded area behind us--and we own approximately an additional 15 feet beyond the fence in the back yard. --the frosted glass windows we added around the front door both enhance the privacy and also look very nice.--the upgraded kitchen counter: it not only is much more permanent than the counter put in by the builder but it also is a beautiful granite that makes the great room/kitchen lighter--the builder does not offer this grade of stone.--the master bedroom and the privacy that it gives us when visitors are here.--the trees: we enjoy the beauty and the seasonal changes that are emphasized by the trees' life cycle.--the equal availability of Savannah, Beaufort and Hilton Head. So convenient!
