A bit about our home's location: +5-min drive to I-680/24 interchange +Adjacent to the amazing Heather Farm Park; +Bike path access to Contra Costa Canal Trail (we bike to school, work, etc.) +20-min walk to downtown, BART, etc. Our home gets fantastic light, has a cute patio, private entryway, one-car garage, and sits on a quiet court. A couple of home highlights: +Master bedroom comes with two closets: 1 normal, 1 walk-in! +All bedrooms have balconies +100% furnished, but we're flexible on what stays out or gets packed up We're somewhat flexible on the start & end dates.
