Fully furnished Common areas in the house include: Kitchen, 2 living rooms (1- with tv and many streaming platforms), dining room, mud room with laundry and dryer, shared full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom, atrium lounge, outdoor porch with the great view of Burke Mountain, garden space and an outdoor fire place. We work together using a chore wheel for typical upkeep and accountability for cleaning the house. Lease is from move in date till May 31st and can be renewed if all goes well on both ends. Once you send your deposit it will be considered a holding deposit since the room will be taken off the market. Once you take possession of the room upon move in date the holding deposit turns into a security deposit. Must notify landlord 30 days before end of lease date if renewing and signing a new lease or moving out.
