We have a lovely fully furnished bedroom available for rent in a shared communal large/fully furnished house in the heart of the North East Kingdom of Vermont. Our roommate is moving to an off grid cabin in VT! The house is on 40 acres with an amazing view of burke Mountian. It's minutes from the Kingdom Bike Trails, Burke Mountian Ski Reaort, and Lake Willoughby. It's also 5 minutes from downtown East burke, 15 mins from downtown Lyndonville and 25 minutes from down town St. Johnsbury. The fully furnished house includes communal spaces such as, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, an atrium lounge, dinning room, mudroom and washer and dryer. The living room has a large smart tv and streaming services with great wifi, wrap around outdoor porch with grill, outdoor fire pit, space to have a veggie or flower garden. Great wifi for working professionals, travel nurses, working from home, plenty of study spaces for students. This room has a closet, and large window looking out to the forest. Rent for the bedroom and shared communal spaces is is $750 plus electric, heat/propane and plow (very minimal in the summer months)The propane, electric and plow are split up between the number of people in the house. The utilities that are included are trash, internet, lawn maintenance, and water. We are open to a 3-6 month lease. My name is Ash, wood-shop elementary teacher and artist. I make jewelry and lamps that I sell at art/craft shows. I currently am renovating buildings on the property and have started a food forest in the lower apple orchard. I also have small campsites I rent out in the summer in that separate lot. I love gardening art and dancing. Would love to show you all the great summer swim and hiking spots or grab a drink after work. I have 2 lovely affectionate cats named fern & Kolbie. Anna is an elementary music teacher. She also is a talented singer, dancer and theatre performer. She loves playing music and thrift store shopping. -Lease can be 3-6 months with possibility to renew -$750 a month with $750 non refundable holding deposit (if you decide later to not move in deposit is non refunded. Upon possession of the room the Holding deposit turns into security deposit. If there are no damages upon move out date, the security deposit is refunded. -Included Utilities are, trash within reason, internet, lawn maintenance, water. Propane, electric and plow are split equally between the number of current housemates. Usually is 4. -No cats or dogs unless permission and pet deposit is received. -Tenant agrees to properly participate in communal chore wheel/ cleaning duties weekly.
