Window units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/ early October This unit is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay please be sure to bring your own devices with you. Weekly and monthly stays are welcome. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. We only provide plowing services and don't shovel walkways. However, we do provide a shovel and salt for guests to use if needed. We require you rent the property for at least one month. We will need a two-week deposit for the property. We also would need a two-week notice before leaving the property.
