Finished basement. Full bathroom is in the basement. Kitchen and main floor of the townhouse will be a shared living space. Upstairs will be off limits. Basement has its own door. You are more than welcome to come in or out of that door or use the door located on the main floor of the house. Basement pictures currently show a pool table along with other items, basement will be empty for renter. Cable, Water, and BGE bill are included in the monthly rent of 800$ and owner will be responsible for covering those fees. Rent does not include food but I am willing to split the grocery bill.
