The master suite has a private office and en suite bathroom with walk in shower and closet. It has a king sized bed. The other two bedrooms on the second floor are spacious with great light and closet space. One has a california king bed and the other a queen sized bed. There is an additional full bathroom on the second floor as well. The third floor has a private bedroom with two twin beds and den area, along with access to the rooftop deck that offers views of Casco Bay. There is a large and attached one car garage, room for more cars in the driveway, and ample street parking. The house is brimming with interesting architecture (stained glass, exposed brick, reclaimed wood beams, master carpentry details, fireplace, etc.). Downtown Portland is less than a mile away, and there ample restaurants, stores, and bars within a 5 minute walk as well. The backyard is fenced. This home is fully furnished as we will be away for seven months. There is massive amounts of storage in the basement if you are in need of that. There are two decks, two porches, three living room/den areas, and two eating areas. Lastly, there is a hot tub, but you will be responsible for cleaning and caring for it if you want to use it. If not, we will drain and winterize it. We welcome tours, in person or virtual! This is our home, we've put a lot of work into it, and are very proud of it. We would like to find renters we know we can trust, that's why the price is a lot lower than you would find for the size, being furnished, and with all utilities included!
