The property is on the most perfect spot of Highway 9! Super year round access even when we had heavy snow (we didn't lose power either! ) My Verizon service is always great and I use it as my hotspot for my computer. Dish, att, and other providers are available for internet and cable I just haven't had the need to have them. It's on well and septic so there's no water or sewer bills just delicious clean mountain water and a small electric bill. We get to see humming birds, turkey, deer, regularly and occasionally bears.
