There is a fully functional kitchen, with gas stove and microwave. There is a desk/table, comfy futon couch, ottoman, and cabinet storage. And more... The house sits on the front left corner of our property and is surrounded on three sides by a privacy fence. The front faces the driveway, which is where you'll park (left side). In effect, because of the tall fence, tenants have an entire property to themselves. Next to the house there is a patio with comfy furniture and a hammock. There is also a lean-to shed, which houses two bicycles (included if you'd like). Lastly, there is a new shed in the backyard with washer & dryer and large storage totes (if you need them). Worth noting: the bathroom has a cloth curtain door and the loft is accessed by ladder. All utilities included.
