Our newly renovated 3bed/1.5 bath Beach Ranch makes the perfect family summer home less than 8 miles from Folly Beach and just 4 miles from downtown Charleston! Our living room offers a 65 inch tv, a large couch and piano. Our eat-in kitchen seats 6 and has an island that seats 3. The kitchen opens up to a covered porch with dining table and a cozy outdoor couch. A large fenced in yard, tree net and swing leads to a wonderful golf course which makes for a lovely view year round. Our kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, new stove, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, soda stream, instant pot, kitchenaid mixer, and likely everything you need (except a microwave but our induction cooktop makes very quick work of heating up leftovers). There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. The carport and driveway can fit up to four cars. Our neighborhood is very sweet, quiet, and full of families. Our neighborhood is a loop with little traffic and the newly paved roads are great for walking, biking, etc. In the living room you can enjoy the 65 inch TV, record player and record collection and we have board games, fast WiFi, and a brand new HVAC system with a Nest thermostat. The first bedroom with a half bath attached has a King size bed, and ample closet space. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and a desk/workspace for your laptop or notebook. The 3rd bedroom is on the other side of the house and has a queen size bed as well as a full wall of wardrobes and a desk and 43" frame TV. Finally our neighborhood is on the Municipal Golf Course which has free putting and chipping practice greens that you can use any time. There is a boat launch a quarter mile away in Riverland Terrace, Jame's Island's oldest neighborhood. It is walking distance to a boutique movie theater, restaurants such as Crust, Bar George, Miller's All Day, and a music venue called the Pour House. It is just an 8 mile drive to Folly beach for summer beach days and 4 miles to Downtown Charleston. This is truly one of the best locations in the Charleston area to spend a couple of months. You have full access to the home outside of one room locked with our personal belongings that is not included in the listing's (3) bedrooms. The laundry room holds some of our tools and bikes and the shed is not available for use.
