The private bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet & vanity sink. The French doors open to your own private balcony which is a great place to see the courtyard, city views, or the harbor with a coffee in your hand. The living area has a lovely couch and coffee table while the well-equipped kitchen can be used to make your own meals or to sit and enjoy something delivered! For the safety of our other residents, we do not allow PETS or other animals on the property. Owner pays water and trash, tenant is responsible for the cable, internet, gas, and electric. No pets and no smoking.
