Looking for someone to take over my lease for the whole townhouse unit. Its available for sublease from January 1, 2026-July 22, 2026. Move in date is flexible-earlier move in date is possible if needed. Utilities (gas, electric, and wifi) are not included in rent and average around 150 a month for all three but it is cheaper in the summer. Current wifi is Spectrum but other options are available. No designated parking spot but street parking is easy to find. The unit is two floors with three rooms and it faces west. Great natural light!! In unit washer and dryer in the basement that is not shared. Trash and recycling are included and you have your own bins. No central AC but two window units are in the unit and work really well. Cats are allowed. Its about a 10-15ish min walk to High st./campus and is close to bus stops. Landlord handles the yard and all outdoor things. They are really responsive and helpful when needed but don't hover. Subleaser is responsible for gas, electric, and wifi. Trash and water are paid by landlord.
