The unit is in the gated Brentmoor Community. Located on the first floor you are just steps away from the pool and conveniently located next to the Clubhouse. This community also has a dog park, sand volleyball court, putting green, theater room in the clubhouse, and fitness center. Brentmoor staff are wonderful people who know you by name. The grounds are always clean and maintenance staff responds very quickly. This would be to take over my current lease. New tenant would not have to pay any deposit for the current lease which expires in December 2016. No pets currently live in the unit, however, they are allowed in accordance with the lease agreement.
