This house was built in 1927. It is on the National Historic Register. The property is about an acre with a 2000 square foot building and a greenhouse. It qualifies for a NC state historic credit. The tile roof was recently inspected and all issues have been repaired. The roof should be good for another 100 years. Gas logs in the living room fireplace. This house would make a good bed and breakfast. We have a large raised bed garden area that is very productive. There is al so Well on the property that has never run dry. The house is currently being painted on the inside and the kitchen will have new flooring. The appliances are new. There are custom made cabinets in the kitchen that reach the ceiling. There are gas logs in the living room. The heating system is well maintained and serviced twice a year. There is also a fish pond on the property.
