We are currently performing some renovations on the home including vinyl columns, hardwood and tile flooring, granite countertops, etc. The home will be listed for sale through an agent once these upgrades are complete. Update 6/15/2016: The maintenance free front porch upgrade is now complete (see photos)! The granite countertops, tile and hardwood flooring, and various other upgrades are in progress and the house will officially be listed for sale in the coming months. Update 12/20/2018: Granite countertops are installed along with a custom stone and tile backsplash. All new stainsless steel appliances are in place. Tile and hardwood flooring are in progress, along with other upgrades. Listing the home for sale has been delayed, but is still planned sometime in the near future.
