My house is commerical real estate. I have 2 AirBnBs with good income. Some furniture will stay. Some are family pieces we will keep. Needs some work. I have planned for 2 more BnBs with me living in my apartment. Total 5 rentals. BnBs have been operational since October of 2020. I am pleased with the income. My apartment, the upstairs apartment and a back apartment need work. The outside needs painting. All the rotten wood has been replaced this year. The roof was replaced 8 or 9 years ago. This is a great property. Bnbs have mini split H-Vac units. 3 total. My unit in my apartment was replaced last year. Still in warranty. This is a very well built house.
