The loft can be used as a bedroom or a home office. there are 2 bedrooms on the main, and 1 bedroom in the basement. 2 bathrooms, one on main level, and one on lower level basement. We are open Monday through Friday 9-5. We are not open on weekends. If requesting info on weekends, Mondays are the first opportunity we have to respond. We do prequalify our potential renters before showing them properties. This is to protect our owner's interest, as well as make sure we are not wasting our potential renter's time. We can prequalify you in your choice of 1 of the 3 ways: 1. You can move forward with the rental application with Zillow. 2. Bring in a current (within the past 3 months) EQUIFAX credit report. These can be obtained free every year by going to the government sponsored website Annual Credit Report and do not show as a pull on your credit score. 3. Have rented a house with our company, and be in good standing within the past 6 months. Credit applications must be done on Zillow for final approval. To qualify, you must have a 660 or better credit score, and no late payments in the last 12 months. Lease is for one year with option to renew if owner permits. If pets are accepted, there is a one-time $250 nonrefundable pet fee, and $15 pet rent (per pet) due each month for the term of the lease. What is collected at signing of the lease: 1st months' rent, security deposit, and non-refundable cleaning fee of $200.00.
