We do require a down payment of $3,000 and that gets credited back to you when you buy the home. 7. WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF THE LEASE? Rent is based on a 1-year lease term. Shorter leases can be accommodated, but at a higher rental amount. 8. WHAT IS REQUIRED UPON MOVING-IN? -First month's rent, plus 1 to 2 months deposit, depending up on the strength of the application. 9.
