Super location. Beautiful front room area. Smaller kitchen but room for eat in and formal. Huge backyard with shed. Recommend drive by first. Unit needs floor work, ac and laundry, so not exactly move in ready, but likely end of month (unless you want to make a deal to help). Taking appointments for weekend now. rent paid via bank transfer. only major infrastructure issues (no clogged pipes, snow removal or lawn care - but I help when needed). 1st and last if credit ok, third month if not. month to month until credit and payments established. sorry not set up for section 8
