Just bring your clothes and your toothbrush. This 1,100 sq. ft. flat is move-in ready, with all utilities and high-speed internet included. From the moment you arrive, the serene surroundings and thoughtful design make it feel like home.
This is not an apartment complex. It's a single, private residence with a dedicated entrance, overlooking a vegetable garden and fruit trees, with a nearby creek. Step onto your private balcony and you'll understand why we call it the "Treehouse Guest House." As one guest put it, "This is the coolest guest house I've ever seen."

The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa and upholstered chair centered opposite a unique elliptical fireplace. The bedroom features a cozy king-size bed with fresh bedding and ample storage, including an extra-large closet. The spacious bathroom and full kitchen make everyday living easy and comfortable. Downstairs, you'll find a dedicated full-size washer and dryer plus additional storage for larger items.
The guest house is located in a quiet coastal North San Diego community of family homes, horse properties, and scenic walking trails. If you love long neighborhood or trail walks, you'll love this guest house. If you are a cyclist, you'll be right at home here, too (past tenants include professional cyclists).
Shopping and dining are within walking distance, with Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Target, and more are just a few minute drive away. Beaches, nightlife, and coastal towns are a short 10-minute drive.
Medium-term rentals of 30 days or longer are welcome.
Small dogs are welcome with an additional cleaning fee.
