This apartment is in our home. It is a basement apartment which is accessed thru the back yard. We are retired and live quietly. You will hear us walking in our home which is above you. We do have guests over but not often. We live close to our families who drop in and we host occasional family dinners. This is offered to those who also live quietly. No pets other than a dog who hopefully will get along with our barn cats. Children are discouraged. It is fully furnished. We do not however furnish the kitchen pot, pans, silverware or plateware. No do we furnish bathroom towels or bedroom sheets or blankets. One queen and one full bed. Large fenced yard. There is a two stall barn and pasture available for one or two horses. This would require an additional lease and completely self care. Discussion and pricing upon request. All utilities are included in the rental which is electric, water & trash. There is no expectation that you would help with the lawn care or garden. The back yard is a shared space but fully available for your use. If you wish to raise a vegetable garden you may use the fenced site available. Parking is on site in our gravel lot. Lease is only allowed if vetted.
