The apartment is 1200 square feet with two bedrooms, a Living room, and a Family room. The bathroom has a wood vanity and a tub/shower. The storage room includes cabinets and a hook-ups for a washer/dryer. It has been freshly painted throughout, with the carpets cleaned, and is ready to move in. The unit is energy efficient, insulated to R-30 in ceilings and walls to R-19 with Simonton vinyl-clad thermopane tilt-in windows for easy cleaning and new Bali mini blinds. The energy-efficient HVAC system features gas heat and central air. Cable and Fiber-optic High-Speed Internet is also available. Off-street parking and a small deck adjacent to the unit entrance are provided for relaxing outside. Use of a onsite Yard Barn for storage is negotiable.
