The front of the house faces the lake with a small deck for morning coffee or afternoon beverages. On the back of the house is a stampcrete patio, firepit and outdoor seating. The house is fully carpeted with the exception of kitchen, bathrooms and entryway. The main entryway from the patio offers a mudroom- laundryroom with washer and dryer. Renter will be responsible for all utilities. The house is available for 6 month or 1 yr lease. There will be NO construction or modifications to the interior or exterior of the house.
