You can walk right outside your door and you have access to everything Philadelphia has to offer - not to mention Rittenhouse park right down the street! The unit itself is perfect for a single tenant or even a couple and pets are allowed! I am also willing to sublet this apartment with a few pieces of furniture as well! Owner pays for water and heat. Tenant responsible for electric and gas.
