Two story, 2200sq ft home in Natomas park. Private unfurnished room and finished bathroom. House itself is furnished. 2 living rooms with tv, backyard with turf and beautiful patio and bbq/blackstone and fire pit, and small home gym with tread, bike, weights and bench. I only need one garage space so the other garage space is open for discussion depending on car type. I also have access to the HOA clubhouse which has multiple pools and a gym. I am willing to add you to my account and you would just pay the card fee which I believe is $15-20 for a year. It's a huge perk. I have lived in this house for 15 years and well known in the neighborhood with many friends. Never had any issues and the street is very quiet. We also have HOA security that patrols through. I am single, 33yo, and work as an RT on night shift at Sutter Sac Med Center downtown. I'm very rarely home. Maybe 1 day a week to meal prep and do laundry. I workout every day at OTF and very active in the community. I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, and overall staying busy. I do have a 4yr old son, however have joint custody and mass majority of the time I have him we are visiting family or friends. I'm an awesome person to get to know, and overall a better roommate. I am extremely detail oriented and clean so you'll never have to worry about something being messy and left out. No smoking or recreational drugs. I have a special license to uphold and cannot have illegal substances around. Guests are welcome but please be courteous and pickup after. Overnight guests to a minimum of 2 days, but more so I'm just an easy person to work with just communicate with me.
