To be considered must fill-out a rental application provided by the property owner. With the rental application is a $50 non-refundable "application fee." During application qualification a credit check, background check, rental history check and income verification will be completed. Once approved at the time of signing a lease the first month's rent, along with a security deposit will be required. Lights, water and internet are included in rent. Due at time of signing 14 month lease is a security deposit of $950 and first months rent of $950. Renters must show proof of renters insurance. No pets, smoking or vaping allowed.
