Tenant is responsible for gas and electric while we pay for the water. Tenant must prove a gross monthly income of at least $2,175 and have no prior evictions in order to qualify. We will reduce rent by $25/mo thus bringing the rent to $725/mo if paid electronically via autopay. We will allow cats and small, well behaved dogs for an additional $25/mo. Tenant is responsible for mowing the lawn.
