    **IMPROVED PRICE** Wonderful spacious home. This home boasts a large studio style bedroom with private bathroom and entry. The space is still attached to and has access to the main house. The dining room is very large and will accommodate a crowd. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home is both heated and cooled by a heat pump that has kept the home comfortable through the chilly nights as well as cool during the scorching and smoky summers. The back yard is quite large with several spaces that can be developed into separate outdoor destination areas. Of course the main attraction is the in ground pool. The filter/pump was replaced 2 years ago. The pool is a complete joy to bask in during the summer months. You will be delighted to have this private pool available to you and your family and friends as a wonderful place to gather and beat the heat. The inside of the home is typical of a single level rambler. Even when most family members were visiting there was always a sense of private space in each of the 4 bedrooms. There are wood floors from the front room that extends to the 4 bedrooms. The floor is very nice and natural and provides a warm charm to these areas. Ceiling fans have been installed in the bedrooms for extra cooling and comfort on those not too hot/ not too cold days and nights. This allows each room to have its own level of comfort for the preferences and needs of each occupant. There is also a generous sized front yard that is fenced with chain link fencing. This offers some degree of security and privacy from pedestrian traffic in the neighborhood creating a nice, open boundary for the property. There is also a 2 car garage with a door opener providing for your parking and storage needs. The plan for our family was to make certain improvements and update various items to present the home in the best way. That being said there is new hardi plank siding along the back wall of the structure and additional hardi plank siding under tarp there. The home is in need of updated paint inside and out, as well as the pool needs touch up paint in a few spots. The back fence needs some repairs in a few spots as well, we would have liked to replace it. Also, we would have liked to put new flooring down in the dining room. We recently had two trees removed and stumps ground out from the front yard and there is some debris from that activity. My husband and I were working on this project and we both came down with COVID in mid-December. Due to the severity of that and how it affected one of us, we are unable to work on the home and it looks like it may be months before we would be in a position to affect the updates we thought would be desirable. Due to this we have priced the home lower than what we had hoped to list it for. This is also why we are requesting a cash purchase. We know of nothing that would prevent the home from financing, as we recently obtained a loan on this property to purchase it from a family member. As you will see from the pictures the home reflects that it was being worked on and emptied out when we had to stop the work. We have enjoyed the home and pool for over a decade and always found it to be an amazing place to retreat to in both summer and winter. Summers in this home are so amazing hanging out in the pool all day- and winters are very cozy. Apart from the cosmetic updates and the items mentioned above we are not aware of any material defects the property has. We were working on getting the house maintenance up to date. Of course we are not property inspectors and have not had the property inspected for defects by a professional.
