Looking for a roommate. Bedroom and Shared bathroom in the heart of the city: $750. Two roommates currently live in the property, both working from home. They're friendly, keep things clean, and rarely have guest over. Location House is conveniently located ten minutes away from Downtown. Short drive from restaurants, stores, & nightlife. The property is near the highway which can easily be taken towards Tempe and Scottsdale. Students attending Arizona State University enjoy a quick commute to campus and the cities nightlife. You must have a stable income and a background check will be required. $750 security deposit to secure the spot. First months rent is due on move in day. (No exceptions) Message me for more details. Food/shopping arrangements: Eat what you buy. If we have something you need for a recipe and you run out of yours, ask first. You will have your own shelf, drawer, and pantry space. (B) Cleaning responsibilities: Please maintain your room, areas outside of your room, & the master bathroom that you will be using for your main bedroom. Also, please take personal items to the bedroom instead of leaving them in shared living areas. (C) Parking: Street parking / Driveway (D) Sharing of personal items: Feel free to share cooking necessities & cleaning supplies. (E) Smoking/drinking: No smoking is allowed, drinking is fine. (F) 420 friendly, but please do it outside. (G) Guest and entertaining: Please give notice when you are going to be hosting at the house. (H) Overnight guests: It's fine if a friend comes and visits you for a few days and stays with you in your room. Just give the roommates a head up.
