PARKING!
You'll cherish having dedicated off-street parking - it's very rare. If you don't know the area, without parking, you will have to circle the streets and pray for a spot, eventually leaving your car all alone...and it's no fun. Having parking that you can easily access from the main street and not an alleyway is absolutely a blessing.
ROOFTOP DECK:

HOPKINS:
