Walking distance to a few good bars, restaurants, lots of antique and boutique stores. Cute and nice area. And you'd also know a few of your neighbors since I own the 2 houses next to this location. One year lease. No cats or dogs allowed unless talked about, if agreed it would be a $100 per pet. No more than 2. No smoking inside the house. If you're interested after seeing the house and want to rent and sign lease we will go over the lease together. It will have all the terms on it. I take pictures before I rent the house. And do once a month walk through with a tenant on sight. Any damage that's done to the house automatically would break your lease and you would be evicted. You can't move anyone in. Whoever is on the lease is the only people allowed to live there.
