The house was built in 1902 by the owner of a local lumber yard. About 1972 it was not lived in, until it was purchased in 1996 to be restored. weather and time took it's toll. It is still a work in progress. The original portion of the house is almost completed, the addition is in "framed" condition only. The portion that is complete has lots of reclaimed items, wood floors salvaged from homes in the area, doors salvaged from homes or buildings in the area, etc. This is definitely for the person that loves to work on old homes, and has the passion to keep a part of history. Have you always wanted to have your own Bed & Breakfast, or a Hunting Lodge in town???? This could be it.......
