We're including a 55" TV, and there's a washer and dryer inside the apartment. There's even a walk-in closet in the bedroom. There's an electronic lock, so losing your keys is a thing of the past! You'll have your own reserved parking space, and you can add an additional space for $25 per month. Next to your door, you'll have a secure package delivery box, so your Amazon orders will always be safe from porch pirates. This home is PET-FRIENDLY! For each pet, there is a $20 monthly fee and a one-time $225 refundable deposit. We are a small company, and we work hard to give personalized service!
