Our home is 1250 sq. feet on .26 acres. As promised here are some pictures. I'm sorry but they are not in any specific order. We are sill doing some final remodeling but are ready to start showing the property as of Tues. Sept. 22. The house will be ready for move in as of Oct. 1st. I will follow Covid regulations. There is a 1/2 bathroom as well. Lots of windows and light. We have a newer propane heating/hot water system. There is also two split AC/heat units as well as a lovely propane stove. The is large wood shed and parking for 2-4. We are looking for a year lease and long term rental. The rent is $1800 with first, last and security depot. The total move in cost are $5400.
