There is a small off-grid water system for washing dishes and the occasional shower. Water tank is very small, and doesn't freeze if there is a heater near it. And with only one radiant heater going and no plastic on the windows yet. The loft/attic spans the entire house. I'm going to miss this place so much I may come up and help you with some of the finish work it needs. Planned on this cozy little cabin being my "home base" while we traveled. It is close to stores, entertainment, hunting, fishing, the slopes and the front range. It's hard to believe this place has the peace and lack of pollution being so close to Denver. With all of this said I believe the house will attract the right person(s) as it did with me 7 years ago. You will have to be an active person(s) to fully enjoy this lifestyle. Or have the money to pay for wood, snow plowing etc... This house saved my life, so I returned the favor. So if you are looking for a party house near the casinos please don't bother contacting me. Extra bonus' are everywhere including gold I have found panning water that was running down the driveway! And I may throw in my single cab 1 ton truck so you can haul water and wood easily.
