My fiancee and I are looking to relet our apartment for the remainder of the lease term, which goes until July 31st (you can also sign a new 1 year lease). We moved in 4 months ago, but need to relocate due to a new job. The apartment complex has a pool, gym, attached garage with one free space (free/ample parking outside garage), and is pet friendly(only breed restrictions). The unit is a good size (687 sq. ft) - it has 1 bedroom, walk in closet, balcony, newer appliances, w/d in unit, and is in great condition...again, only lived here 4 months. Apartment is within walking distance to the Marc Train. Rent is 1265 + utilities (+30/pet). We'll reimburse application fees (upon acceptance) since new lessee will be saving us a break-lease fee.
