Dog, if allowed, may require an additional non-refundable damage deposit ($250). When a tenant with a dog vacates, the tenant must pay for the costs of a professional exterminator if needed. Animal waste must be picked up frequently and disposed of. If the Tenant has a pet, they MUST carry rental insurance with pet liability. 19. SMOKING: Smoking cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or vaping is NOT allowed inside the house. The front porch, the deck underneath the carport, and the back deck may be considered smoking areas. Cigarette butts must be picked up from the property and disposed of. Smoking inside the house will make it necessary to use a sealant in wall paint and also necessitate sealing and painting the ceiling. The Tenant shall pay this additional expense.
