We like to welcome a family who would take care of the house like their own and plan to stay for extended period of time. An ideal tenant is required to have enough income (3 times of rent), good credit score, and no eviction or outstanding background records. The current rent is including lawn care service and you can opt-out the service with $50 deduction of the rent. Then, the lawn care is your responsibility. Our property does not allow pet but it can be negotiable. In case of pet(s), pet deposit ($250) and pet fee ($50/pet) will be required along with other documents regarding the pet(s). 10 minutes from I-35 and 114 (and Texas Motor Speedway). 15 minutes from University of North Texas (UNT). 25 minutes from downtown Fort Worth. - The rent includes lawn care.
