It has a full sized bedroom, large walk-in closet, large bathroom, living/dining/kitchen area, and a great back porch for dining, entertaining, etc. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and sink. Unfortunately, furniture is not included other than 2 barstools and a dining table and four dining chairs. There is a washer and dryer on site and is coin operated (2 dollars to wash and dry a load). There are blinds on all the windows. There is plenty of parking right in front of the unit. The unit is within walking distance to Clemson campus (about one mile away from the main campus). There is also a bus stop right at the end of the street that can take you to campus and other desired locations.
