One and a half miles to town center and shopping. Very close to three ski areas. No smoking! Renters must learn to operate and maintain a wood pellet stove. This is a long term rental only. Six months minimum; one year preferred. All utilities are additional. We have long, snowy winters. Stairs need to be shoveled to access the parking area.
