Currently we are running a special of a $99 sec deposit for qualified applicants and we also have a preferred employer program that can save you 5% a month off of your rent if you are employed by the Military, State, Federal, Kraft, Dover Downs, Energizer, P&G, Purdue, CR or Capital School District, or Bayhealth if you sign a year lease. There is an application fee of $50 for the first applicant and $35 for each additional applicant. Also a $150 holding deposit is required at the time of submitting your application which would be applied to your first month?s rent if approved.
