And, of course, no high rent or utilities and your rent won't get jacked-up next year. As always, if something needs fixing...it gets fixed fast. The wonderful, cute house in a quiet, safe area...4 blocks S.E. of K.U., has everything you need without the high cost of other houses. At over 900 square feet its big enough for two people, but not too big to cause high utility bills. Nice wood floors, vinyl in the kitchen and bath. All rooms are decent size, the "master" BR has a bigger closet. You even get a coat closet. The kitchen has a little, low, side-counter for a couple of bar stools and is complete with all appliances including D/W and washer/dryer hook-ups alcove area (a washer and dryer maybe available if you don't have one) Ceiling fans, storms, mini-blinds, efficient central air/heat, well insulated, good water pressure and you won't blow fuses. This home is clean and well maintained. The oversize, attached one-car garage has extra storage and opens out to a semi-secluded concrete patio. The back yard is fenced-in with wire. Mature trees shade the house and yard from the hot summer sun. landlord can supply a free lawnmower if you don't have one. Drive by sometime first...then if interested, please let me know and I will get you in to see it. You can get an application at that time. This is for August 1, 2023 move-in. An animal, like a cat(s), MAYBE o.k., with one-time animal fee (sorry, a small dog is not the same as a cat) The deposit and rents are paid and mailed directly to the landlord, so no middle-man or extra payment fee(s).
