We want someone who is going to take care of this house, just like we do. Tenant responsible for utilities and lawn care. Garbage pick up will be provided. Washer & Dryer is provided but not warranted. Past tenant left them, repairs are tenants responsibility. No smoking allowed! No pets allowed!
