The kitchen has lots of cabinets, a dishwasher and a cute little area for a small table. The inside of this house is immaculate! I know because I cleaned it myself. We want someone who is going to take care of this house, just like we do. Tenant responsible for utilities and lawn care. Garbage pick up will be provided. Washer & Dryer is provided but not warranted. Past tenant left them, repairs are tenants responsibility. No smoking allowed! No pets allowed! A $25 fee will be collected at the time a credit and background check is performed. Lease application must be completed before seeing the property.
