The house is fully furnished and completely remodeled, with a fully equipped kitchen with an abundance of high-end cabinets, full-sized appliances, including stainless steel dishwasher, frig/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, stainless steel pots and pans with lids, dishes, glassware, eating and serving utensils, wide variety of spices, 2 coffee makers, electric water kettle, bakeware, food storage containers, and everything you need except your food. You'll enjoy excellent quality furniture throughout with a queen size bed, large dresser and walk-in closet in the master bedroom, with attached master bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed, large dresser, and full size closet. The third bedroom has a large desk with a chair to use as an office (or as an exercise room). We provide luxury linens & towels, T.V. and Wi-Fi and leather sofa with side or cocktail tables. The laundry room has a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board available for your exclusive use in the house. So just bring a suitcase and food for the refrigerator, and we'll supply the rest. It is the perfect relaxing retreat, and perfect for anyone who wants to work from home in a quiet residential community. The house is directly on Lake Linda, which is a naturally spring-fed lake full of fish, and you'll enjoy beautiful lake views from your own your own large private patio with table, chairs, stainless steel grill and grilling station, or enjoy relaxing and fishing at our large pier.
