The living area is painted in a neutral taupe color that is soothing, and it goes with everything--plus it makes artwork pop. The Landlord has lived in two different condos in DC--and this one is occupied by the most welcoming, friendly people, and staff. What's not to love? An important feature of the Lease is the Move-in Rules; and that Tenant must follow the Condo Rules to avoid violating rules and avoid incurring fines.
