MONTHLY RENTAL PRICE DROP! NOW $1950
Charming, spacious studio apartment in Kalorama Triangle Historic District--a gem in the awesome Adams Morgan neighborhood! (Call it AdMo, like residents do). Some of DC's best restaurants are here--as well as many unique shops, coffeeshops, bars, and several groceries stores-- all within a 10-minute walk. Kalorama's tree-filled park and playground are two blocks away. The apartment is just as fabulous as you'd expect in a 1928 Art Deco building. Natural-light floods the rooms, which adds to the apartment's old-world appeal and modern comforts. Windows frame beautiful ginkgo trees, and views of the adjacent Rock Creek Park. From the third floor, it's like living in a tree house! Hardwood floors in living area and kitchen/dining, and tile in the bathroom. A large walk-in closet provides space for lots of stuff. The surprisingly roomy gallery kitchen has many cabinets; a pull-out spice drawer; restaurant-quality stainless shelves; gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and portable air filter. The dining area, off the kitchen, has space for a table and chairs--plus a small wooden counter and stool (for a desk or drinking morning coffee) provides another option for hanging out. A vintage china cabinet and bookshelves provide for more storage. The bathroom has a tub/shower, and an adorable small vanity. Radiator for heat, through-the-wall air-conditioner. The living area is painted in a neutral taupe color that is soothing, and it goes with everything--plus it makes artwork pop. The Landlord has lived in two different condos in DC--and this one is occupied by the most welcoming, friendly people, and staff. What's not to love? To help you get acquainted with neighbors, and to support and get involved with the Valley Vista community, there are several committees for residents to join. Talk to the Front Desk about joining a group that suits you.
TESTIMONIAL FROM MY RECENT (and only) TENANT
"I lived in unit 304 in Valley Vista for 7 years. The ginkgo trees, filling the windows of the apartment, and the beautiful views of Rock Creek Park and the Duke Ellington Bridge were my favorite part of living there making this fantastic apartment home. The layout is comfortable, the closet is huge, and the landlord and building staff are great!"
