Nestled in Kalorama, our condo is a light-filled and spacious place and is a wonderful place to call home. For the last two years, my partner and I have comfortably and happily lived here, but as our family gets bigger we have outgrown the space. We are looking for someone to rent out the place as we move onto our new home.
About the space:
It's a lovely condo with stainless steel kitchen appliances, wood floors, and french windows. Never had a problem with the neighbors and noise is generally pretty low most of the time. Great sized living room and bedroom. We've painted the walls since the photos on this post were taken, but happy to facetime/tour the place for those interested. Unit also comes with a large storage unit in the building.
About the building:
This is a great building that is managed and maintained very well. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff who have always gone out of their way to help me with whatever I need. Laundry is in the building and very easy to use with the card that can be loaded with cash on-site. It's also a lot cheaper than most places, a full load only costs $1 and does a great job. Cleaning and maintenance staff is on site everyday to make sure the building is in great shape.
About the location:
You really cannot find a better location. Kalorama is a short walk from downtown, AdMo, Dupont Circle, Woodley park, The Zoo, U Street, Georgetown, etc. My partner and I are able to walk to where we are going in a relatively short amount of time. While its close to most of DC's hot spots, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Parking is also pretty easy. It's equidistant from the Dupont Circle and Woodley Park Metro.
About Move in:
We can be flexible with the move in date and happy to help you with whatever you need. We will still be living nearby so if you need something fixed you can reach out to us or the onsite maintenance engineer.
