House is within walking distance to Pierce College, and just a few minutes drive to Taft Charter High School. The home can be furnished or unfurnished. We accept lease/rental terms between 1-12 months. House will come unfurnished for rental leases of 6 months or longer, if desired. Price would increase slightly for rental terms under 6 months (i.e. 1 month agreement would be more than a 4 month agreement, and so on). Utilities would be included for shorter rental lengths. Renters would pay for their own utilities if renting for longer than 6 months. Smoking is allowed, with deposit, but outside of the home only please! Pets are also allowed when a refundable pet security deposit is secured.
