Jeff and Jill are renting out two rooms in this 2400 square foot, artfully decorated house that boasts ample common spaces, large backyard and quiet neighborhood setting just blocks from downtown Salida, the Arkansas River and Tenderfoot Mountain. The house and bedrooms are completely furnished with a shared bathroom boasting plenty of storage space. We are renting the large bedroom at $850/month and the other bedroom at $750/month, utilities included with a month to month rental agreement. Jeff and Jill stay in a room on the other side of the house off the kitchen. We are not able to offer any storage of furniture or boxes, fyi and no pets. We have a sweet 40 lb dog that is friendly to humans but not to other pets. We are looking for responsible professionals to share the space in a harmonious, trustful and respectful manner. We are renting on a month to month with a preference to a verbal commitment of at least three months if possible.
