We don't do nightly rentals, and NO LONG-TERM LEASES. Maximum occupancy 2 persons. NO SMOKING. No pets or children. This charming and very comfortable rental is available April 15. Rentals of 1-4 months. Minimum one month rent. No long-term leases. The rent includes all utilities. There is a refundable damage deposit of $1,000. There is a fee for post-departure cleaning of $200. The total rent + deposit + cleaning fee is required to secure a reservation.
